The inspiration for the jewelry in this collection comes from my love of clay! I am a ceramic bead artist and potter, and the feel of wet mud under my fingers always thrills me and (remove “always” here) makes ideas flow. I love molding each bead with my hands one by one. No two beads are ever shaped exactly the same. Glazing the beads makes me just as happy, and using a paintbrush calls on another side of creativity. Color has the power to move people in many ways—glazes let you create the colors you need.

I recently added ceramic beads made by Jennifer Heynen of Jangles to the Wowee Zowee collection. I really like her colorful and fun designs! Also, I am designing a new line of yoga-inspired beads and jewelry called Yoga Sweet. I hope to release the new collection in early summer.
